Do all of your sunglasses offer UV protection and polarized lenses?
Yes! All of our sunglasses have polarized lenses that offer UV400 protection, which is the highest level of protection available for your eyes. Polarized lenses contain a special filter that blocks intense reflected light, thereby reducing glare and making your vision more clear and comfortable.
What are your sunglasses made of?
All of our sunglasses feature a lightweight polycarbonate (PC) plastic front and FDA-approved impact resistant lenses that offer 100% UV400 protection. Our sunglasses feature stylish bamboo or wooden arms with metal spring hinges. Bamboo not only looks and feels amazing, but it is also one of nature's most resilient and sustainable materials. The outside of both arms feature an engraved Vira Sun logo, and the inside of the right arm features the word Namasté; just our little way of saying, "The spirit in us honors the spirit in you."
When do you ship out orders?
VS HQ operates Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm (ET). All orders are shipped out within two (2) business days of receipt. During special promotions, please allow an extra two (2) business days for us to process and send out your order.
Where do you ship, what carrier do you use, and will I receive a tracking number?
We ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, along with numerous international locations. All of our orders are shipped via USPS Flat-Rate Priority Mail. Once your order is processed and sent on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Please note: If you track your package online, it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to go live in the USPS system.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
You know it! We guarantee Vira Sun products will be free of any defects. We carefully inspect every item you purchase for quality and accuracy before it is packaged and sent your way. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition with the original packaging for a refund or exchange of the same item. All products ordered through our website must be returned to the mailing address listed below. Please keep these points in mind:
All refund and exchange requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of your online order.
Please ensure products are returned in "NEW" condition with the original packaging.
For added protection, we suggest that all products being returned at our customer's expense be sent by a traceable carrier.

How much is shipping and delivery?
The cost of shipping is based on how many Vira Sun products you purchase. "If it fits, it ships." To streamline the shipping process, we use Priority Mail Flat Rate from the United States Postal Service. Shipping is calculated once you are ready to complete your order during the checkout process.
Can you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, along with numerous international locations. All of our orders are shipped via USPS Flat-Rate Priority Mail.
Where do you ship from?
Vira Sun products ship from Highlands, New Jersey.
How long until my order ships?
Typically, orders will be processed and sent out within two (2) business days of receipt. Please note, holidays may cause a slight delay in shipping.
When will I receive my order?
This generally depends on where you live, but you can expect shipping to take anywhere from 2-7 business days. International orders may take longer.
Who will deliver my order?
We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service.

My order arrived damaged, now what?
We make every effort to ensure the product you order is securely packaged for a nice, smooth ride to your doorstep. But there are of course occasions when things go awry and stuff happens. If your Vira Sun product arrives damaged, please contact us via email for assistance at hello [@] virasun.com.
I have not received my order, what's the story?
If by chance you have not received your order within 7 business days after your shipping confirmation email arrived, there are a few steps you can take. First, check your tracking information to see if your order is still in-transit. Since we use USPS for all shipments, you can give your local post office a call to see if your package is being held at their office for some reason. Finally, if you have taken these steps without success, please contact us via email (hello [@] virasun.com) so we can investigate further.

Shipping and Delivery
Vira Sun, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested day. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Vira Sun, LLC. is not responsible for:
Items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
If offered, free shipping promotions are valid only on weekday deliveries to addresses within the United States.
Orders
Vira Sun does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of the requested delivery date, or within the seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Father's Day, because of our high volume of orders during these times.
Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order.
